What is your policy on confidentiality?
We take client confidentiality very seriously. Unless we have prior consent, we will never divulge what work has been carried out on your behalf to any other client or third party. Neither will we share the work we have produced with any other client or third party.
In terms of cost, do you have a rate card?
No we don't have a rate card. Every intelligence request is different and our quote to you will be dependant on the project scope, the time it takes to undertake the job and the availability of material. We will also take into account your budget. If you send us a brief, we can pull together a quote just for you.
Do you have any samples of your work?
Unfortunately a lot of our work is for clients and we cannot share this with you. However, we are working to produce some samples to showcase what Juicy can do. We can also produce samples on request to give you a taster of how a newsletter or report might work for you.
What are Juicy payment terms?
For small one-off projects we ask for payment on completion of the project - by card, cheque or balance transfer. For bigger projects, such as newsletters and reports that are ongoing, we invoice on completion of the job. Standard 30 days payment applies on all invoices.
Does Juicy have professional indemnity insurance?
Yes we do. We can provide specifics on request.
How often does the Juicy newsletter go out?
We'd like to do a bi-weekly email, but we're aiming for a monthly version to start off.
